Question: What are the stages of website design and contract signing at PingoTeam?
After the initial discussions and system requirements analysis by the PingoTeam, a proposal file including suggested features, costs, and execution time will be sent to the client. If the proposal is approved, a contract for the project will be drafted.
After agreement and signing of the contract by both parties, a percentage of the project amount will be received as a down payment. It is worth noting that if the contract is signed but the down payment is not made, the project's start date will be delayed proportionally to the difference between the contract signing date and the down payment date.
At the start of the work, if a custom template is chosen, a graphic mockup will be designed by the graphics team and sent to the client in the form of a picture. If the mockup is approved, the Pingo programming team will enter the implementation phase. Also, if the graphic mockup is not to the client's liking, up to 3 revisions are possible. Due to the dependency of system implementation on the graphic design, the start of each phase is contingent upon client approval, which may lead to an extension of the project delivery time. Furthermore, if there are significant changes to the graphic design, structure, or functionality of the site by the client after design approval, additional costs will be calculated separately and included in a supplementary contract.
Upon completion, the site will be uploaded to the hosting provided by the client. Initial training on site management will be provided in a 120 to 150-minute session for the client's representative and up to 2 additional people free of charge at a location specified by the contractor. After project delivery, the remaining amount will be collected.
Additionally, after project delivery, the Pingo support team is committed to addressing any issues or software bugs that arise due to site programming and will support the client in resolving issues and answering questions about system management for the duration specified in the contract. Continued support after the contract period will be available for an additional fee.
