You might be concerned that after placing an order and launching the site, you might encounter issues and need support for your website. In other words, even after the precise design of the site, attention to all details during the design process, and reducing error rates, we will still be there to resolve any potential issues. Additionally, if a system error occurs, you can request help from Pingo’s support team without any worries.

It should be noted that support involves fixing system errors and providing training on features. In other words, changes and adding new features are not included in support services and will be done at an additional cost if needed. Also, core updates will be provided free of charge for all sites during the support period.

Support Renewal Cost

Support for websites designed by PingoTeam will be provided free of charge for a certain period depending on the complexity of the site. After this period, support can be renewed by paying a percentage of the contract amount. In other words, the renewal of the support period on an annual basis is possible with 30% of the contract amount for the first year, 25% for the second year, and 20% for the third year and beyond. If the site is developed over several years, the total amount of the sales contract and development contracts will be the basis for the support service rate. The annual increase in the support contract rate will be calculated based on the inflation rate announced by the Central Bank or the Statistical Center for the 12 months leading up to the last month before the contract ends.
